CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If a booking is cancelled refund will be given in the form of booking credit (see our T&C’s to read about booking credit), no cash refund will be given in any case.
If a booking is cancelled prior to your scheduled check-in time: 100% cancellation fee (the entire amount of your booking) will apply and you will be required to pay to ADITYA HOME STAY that amount less any amount which you have already paid.
Any cancellation fees payable by you will be deducted from any monies paid by you to ADITYA HOME STAY and if insufficient funds are available, ADITYA HOME STAY may charge the credit card details you provided at the time of making your booking.
Shorten Stay (Early check-out):
Shorten stay is subject to entire reservation charge whether or not you stay the whole period. And remainder of the reservation cannot be rebooked. If you know that you are changing your plan, please contact us as early as possible to minimize the charge by the hotel. If unsure of the policy, contact the hotel for clarification.
Please note a multiple room reservation is added together for the total of "reserved nights". For example, two rooms reserved for four nights would be 8 reserved nights.
Non-arrival to the Hotel (No Show):
If you fail to arrive at the hotel on the arrival date the entire reservation will be cancelled automatically by the hotels and you will be charged the cost of the whole reservation.
If you fail to check in on the first date but still continue your travel plan to stay at the hotel, please urgently contact us so that we can keep the room for you for the rest of the nights. Otherwise as mentioned above, the entire reservation will be auto-cancelled and no refund will be issued.
We require 7 days before original arrival date for the amendment request. Any modifications are subject to availability at the time you make the request. Modifications made less than 7 days before original arrival date may be liable for the fees as a result of the late modification of ₹500.
