How can I book Aditya Home Stay Hotels & Resorts?

Aditya Home Stay offer various booking options. You can contact anytime our hotels directly via telephone, email or fax. The easiest and quickest way is to book via our booking engine in the lower left section of each site, where you simply have to enter the requested hotel and date.

How can I subscribe/unsubscribe for the newsletter?

You will find a link on our homepage on several sites, e.g. in the footer, where you can subscribe for our newsletter or you can directly follow this link: Newsletter subscription.

If you wish to unsubscribe in the future, you will find a link at the bottom of each newsletter.

How can I order hotel flyer/brochures?

At what time is check-in?

Our Standard Check-In time is 1:00 PM.

At what time is check-out?

Check-out time is sharp 12 Noon. Afterwards the rooms have to get cleaned for the upcoming arrivals.

Is parking available at the hotel?

Aditya Home Stay have sufficient parking spaces available at or around the hotel free of charge.

Can I also book breakfast, lunch and dinner online?

We have al-la-carte meal options. To book meal online please choose the requested meals after choosing the hotel room. For more details on what is included in meals check our T&C’s.

Can I bring my pet?

Unfortunately pets are not allowed at Aditya Home Stay

Where can I see the hotel rates? How much is a room/night?

Our rates are calculated on a daily basis. Therefore we cannot give you a general overview of costs. But you can easily enter the arrival dates in our booking engine and our system will search the best available rates for you.

Are the rates per person or per room?

All prices, unless stated otherwise, are on a per-room-basis.

Why do the costs vary from day to day?

For one reason they may vary because of fair dates or other high season dates. Other reasons could be that the prices have increased since your last visit on our website. Generally rates will increase, the longer you wait with your booking.

Is Wi-Fi available at the hotel/in the room?

In Aditya Home Stay High Speed WiFi is available free of cost in the rooms and in public areas.

Which size are the rooms?

The size of Premium Luxury Rooms is approx. 180 ft².

Do you offer child rates?

Yes, Aditya Home Stay offer family-friendly rates. In a room 1 Child from 0-2 years stay free if adjusting on same bed.

Do you offer hotel shuttles, e.g. to the next airport or train station?

Yes we do offer a hotel shuttle on chargeable basis.

Are special requests, such as gluten-free meals or extra soft pillows, manageable?

We are always trying to fulfil every of your desires. Please contact us with your special needs.

I have bought a Groupon-voucher. How can I redeem it in your hotel?

Please contact the hotel, for which the voucher is valid. The Management in the hotel will be happy to assist you, if availability is given for the requested period.

Where can I get a copy of my invoice after departure?

Please contact our management, which will send you a copy of your invoice.

What should I do, if I lost or forgot something in my room?

Please contact the hotel directly. Our rooms will be cleaned daily, so that your item probably has been found by our housekeeping team.

How can I see which features are included in the price?

A detailed overview will be shown beneath the rate grid, if you click on a rate or category. The rate description will show every included service.

Which online payment methods do you offer?

You can only pay by credit card, debit card, internet banking, IMPS, UPI.

Are bookings for groups possible online?

Which credit cards are accepted?

We accept almost all debit/credit cards from MasterCard, Visa, American Express. Diners Club, Rupay, Mastero.

How can I change or cancel my reservation?

You can cancel or change your reservation by login into your account created at the time of booking or you can contact under +91-177-2860079, +91-9418026079, +91-9418963653 or mail us at [email protected]

By when do I have to cancel my booking, if I have to?

This depends on which rate or arrangement you have booked. You can see the cancellation policy on our website.

Why did I not receive a booking confirmation?

In very rare cases, it may happen that you do not receive a booking confirmation due to technical issues, although you preceded the booking until the end and the amount has been reserved on your bank account. In this case, please contact our management, which can re-send your confirmation.

Can I check-in without my booking voucher?

No you have to produce a hard or soft copy of booking voucher or booking confirmation mail otherwise you won’t be able to check-in

Can I cancel only certain parts of my reservation (e.g. one of the two booked rooms)?

If you wish to cancel a part of your reservation, please contact our management.

What Are The Documents That Are Required During Check-In?

In keeping with our heightened security procedures we request you to kindly present the government approved photo identity proof with address of you and your companion(s) (if any) while checking-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their Passport and valid Visa. Indian nationals can present any one of these, which is mandatory: Passport, Driving License, Voter ID card, Aadhar Card bearing the holder's photograph and address.

If I don’t have any ID proof can I still check-In?

No, we cannot allow you to check-In unless you show a valid ID proof of the person and companion(s) (if any) on whose name booking has been made. If you are not able to produce valid id proof we can cancel your book without being liable for any compensation.
